Purchased Pro Bundle. Custom Design Not Available

  Hi, I just recently purchased a Pro Bundle for my domain ripplereports.com and christopherconroy.com which is linked to christopherconroy.wordpress.com.

  I have been trying to use the Custom Design feature for my Theme, but it keeps telling me I have to pay in order to use it, even though I already purchased it. Can this be fixed please?

  Christopher, I’m sorry about this something went wrong applying the upgrade to your blog after you purchased the bundle.

  We’ve fixed this up for you and it is all working now.

  Looking to purchase ProBundle and right now everything looks good, but down the line within the year term if I discover I need more storage for video capabilities. Can I add the extra storage additionally? Or will I have to upgrade to BusinessBundle?

  If I can add it on additionally, how much would it cost and for what amount of storage?
