  hello, i purchased jetpack security but its not letting me activate on zephansandco.com

  i get this error :
  You either do not have permissions to perform this action or a user account needs to be connected. Click here to connect your user account or contact your administrator.

  and i have reconnected multiple times

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
