Purchased the custom design upgrade but cannot access the tools

  I purchased the custom design upgrade but the custom designs page still has the “preview for free” and “buy upgrade” links. I am unable to access the fonts, colors and CSS options.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard and see if the upgrade is listed there. There are some issues right now on wordpress.com and this might have got caught up in them.

  It looks like the upgrade was never applied, so I have issued a refund for the transaction.

  Would you please try purchasing the upgrade again?
