  How do i import a theme I purchased elsewhere? I’m having trouble uploading it

  You cannot use an external theme on a WP.com blog; they are only for WordPress.ORG blogs. Get your money back. You can ONLY use the themes on your dashboard Themes page.

  You buy hosting, for $120 a year or so, buy a domain name, install software from WordPress.org, and handle all tech support and updates yourself. It’s not worth it just to run a particular theme.

  Since you have a bunch of stub code indicating the use of Woo Commerce you might have a tough time with the Terms of Service
