Purchased Theme

  I purchased the theme in 2012. I deleted the website as I no longer updated but I realised that I used the purchased theme the site. Now, 3 years later, I cannot find the purchased theme in ‘Manage Purchases’ anymore. Receipt ID is 4498521. I wonder what has happened to the theme?

  Hi,

  Your theme was deleted as you deleted the site that was using it. If you want to use the theme on another site, we can add credits to your account so that you can re-add the same theme to your site at no additional cost.

  I admit that was my mistake that I deleted the site without noticing that I was using the purchased theme….

  Yes, it would be great if you can add credits to my account to get my theme back.
