Purchased Theme

Hi. I have searched the forms to no avail. I purchased a theme two days ago and could not figure out why it wouldn’t load in the customize page… this morning, I noticed that it is only linked to my wordpress.com site and not the dotcom site. Can I easily merge or transfer the purchased theme to the correct site?

Are you referring to this theme https://wordpress.com/theme/bloggy that can only be used on a single WordPress.COM when you make a single purchase of it?
What do you mean by a dotcom site? Are you referring to this WordPress.ORG software install https://andthetreewassappy.com/ which is hosted by SingleHop. If so WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG software are different and themes are not transferable. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Hi there,
The theme you purchased can only be used on WordPress.com sites. You won’t be able to use it on your Jetpack-connected site, https://andthetreewassappy.com/.
To use the theme on that site you have two options. You can purchase the self-hosted version of the theme directly from the theme developer at https://www.anarieldesign.com/themes/. Or else you’ve be able to use that theme via the Jetpack plugin if you upgrade to the Jetpack Professional Plan.
You can get a full refund for the WordPress.com version you purchased via the Purchases page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
