I purchased a theme “Delicious” and it does not deliver the bells and whistles it advertises. How do I get a refund? or help?

Which specific bells and whistles are you having difficulty getting delivered? The premium themes are so customizable that they’re often not as intuitive as the old ones.
You can ask for a refund on the Store page of your dashboard if you still want a refund.

the blank space on my front page, where the gorgeous menu should be. I have went to the feature panel dozens of times and I am not sure why it is not working…

Some of the themes we offer, particularly the premium ones, have particular settings or features that need to be set up in a specific way.
If you like the look of the theme, you might read the documentation and other information about it in the Delicious Magazine forum and see if you can get it to work the way you want. You can also post questions about it there for the theme experts to tackle.
