Purchased Theme only availabe in one blog???

  I have two websites on wordpress under the same logon. I purchased a premium theme for one and also want to use it for the new one I am creating. The only option I am presented with is to purchase it again. Surely this is not correct. I have already bought it..so why do I need to pay again just to use it with another website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  All Premium theme upgrades apply to s single blog only.
