Purchased theme transferred to wordpress.org please

    Hi, I have purchased the ARCADE theme and would like to use it on my wordpress.org site. Can you please tell me the process? Thanks.

    Hi there,

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two completely different versions of the WordPress software, and a theme written for one version is not compatible with the other version, and WordPress.com themes cannot be downloaded for use on self-hosted sites. Where a theme might have a self-hosted version, that version has to be downloaded from the theme developer or the WordPress.org theme repository.

    In the case of Premium themes, when you buy a theme from us you buy a license to use that theme ONLY on WordPress.com. If your Premium Theme also has a self-hosted version, you need a different license to use that version of the theme, and you’ll need to buy that directly from the theme developer.
