Purchased Value Bundle

I purchased the Value Bundle (Pro Bundle), was charged on my credit card, and have a receipt/invoice that was sent to my email address from WordPress. However, I cannot access the tools that I purchased and every time I log into my account, WordPress tries to get me to purchase the bundle that I already paid for. I need someone from customer support to contact me. Otherwise I will refute this charge and take my business to another web/blog host.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Which blog are you having trouble with – the one linked to your name or the one you posted in the thread above?
http://twogrooveslowgolf.com/ – linked to your name and has upgrade
http://twogrooveslow.wordpress.com/ – the blog you ask for help with that does not have an upgrade associated with it

You ALWAYS work on a mapped domain name at the base WordPress.COM URL
i.e. /twogrooveslowgolf.wordpress.com for your twogrooveslowgolf.com/ blog

Can someone point me in the right direction so that I can log into or access the admin panel for the URL I purchased through WordPress: http://twogrooveslowgolf.com/
and not log into or navigate from:
http://twogrooveslow.wordpress.com/The only blog that shows up when I log in is: http://twogrooveslow.wordpress.com/
