Purchased Value bundle upgrade, wp.com still asks me to pay for domain mapping
-
Hi, I’ve purchased the $99/yearly bundle which says it includes ‘Domain Name & Mapping’ (http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/) but when I try to add a subdomain i get the following:
Oh no! blog.natelindaman.com is already registered.
If you own this domain you can map it to your site by following the instructions below. If you don’t own this domain, go back and try another domain name.
So I clicked the ‘start mapping my domain button’ and I believe it charged me $13 on top of the $99 I already paid which says it includes domain mapping. I then clicked on the ‘Cancel & refund button and it said:
You will not receive a refund for this domain as it was included as part of a bundle. Please contact support if you have any queries about this cancellation.

I tried that already. I also tried removing myself as the second admin and logging in as the first. Same problem, it asks me to pay the $13 upgrade.

Hi there, I went ahead and added your domain mapping upgrade using the Value Bundle credit and set blog.natelindaman.com as your primary domain, so your blog is now visible here:
You can see the upgrade under Store > My Upgrades.
Just let us know if you need anything else.
