Purchased VideoPress but can’t activate on WordPress site.

    It looks like this was mistakenly purchased for a wordpress.com blog, however, it was meant to be used on our own WordPress site. Is there a way this can be transferred? It’s now outside of the 14-day refund window, unfortunately (this transpired over the Christmas break). I’m logged in with the account that purchased it, but for some reason, the support form isn’t showing up (which is why I’m posting here).
