Purchased wordpress site and domain but can’t activate it

    Hello,

    I purchased a domain and site but am unable to access it. I registered in January, got COVID and must’ve missed the verification email. I went searching for it last week and asked for it to be resent but it says it cannot resend the link.

    I get this msg on my site: This domain has been suspended due to non-completion of an ICANN-mandated contact verification

    So how can I rectify this?

    Hi, I checked your account, but I don’t see any domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity.

    Perhaps you have more than one account here? If you do, but you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    If that doesn’t help, what is the domain name you purchased?
