Purchased WP Forms Pro and can’t access it.

    I purchased WP Forms Pro 16 days ago and but do not have access to it. I have sent several emails trying to get assistance from support but have not received a response or the access yet. How do I find someone to resolve this issue?

    You don’t have any sites hosted here at WordPress.com but instead it sounds like you’re using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
