  Hi there, If I purchase say the domain mapping for my site, and if later I choose to buy the business plan will there be the flexibility in these packages to either discount for things already purchased or to choose another feature in place of items already bought?

  You should get credit for the unused amount of the domain mapping which would discount a bit a package that included domain mapping in it. So no money lost

  Staff will adjust the price of upgrade bundles if you alert them when you want to buy the bundles.
