  There are no paid upgrades on this account but, if you paste the transaction ID into https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/, you’ll see more information about the charge.

  If the charge comes from WordPress.com, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this.
