    There is an item on my visa statement saying I paid $89.60 on Jan 27, yet there is no record of this transaction on my WordPress account. I have no auto-renewals that I can see. Can you please tell me why I have been charged? I would like to see this refunded. Thank you.

    Hi there!

    I don’t see any purchases made from the WordPress.com account you’re logged into. It’s possible the charge is from a different WordPress.com account or from a different company altogether.

    You’ll also see the option to send us an email after entering the charge details on that page. Feel free to fill that out, and we’ll get back to you via email.
