Purchases
-
Today I purchased an upgrade to a new wordpress site.
The new site did not accept the email I was using.
I created a new email.
When I verified the new email for the wordpress site, I was given a sign in on the email site. The new sign in took me to what I thought was my original wordpress site I was building. So I used it to try and make my new blog site.
However, this ‘new’ site does not have a record of my purchases.
I am unable to access the original site I was building and so I cannot access the purchases I made. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I see you recently changed the theme on your site heddysimmons.wordpress.com from “Twenty Twenty-Five” to “Outland” and later to your current theme “Fewer”. I wonder if the modifications you did and are trying to recover were done on the templates of these themes. Checking activating both of these themes back to check the theme and templates there.
Feel free to contact us directly at (email visible only to moderators and staff) if you need further help.
Best,

I did change the theme. I managed to build a site after re-purchasing the domain name. Last night I was unable to get into the site anymore. When I try to get into heddysimmons.com this message comes up. “Unable to connect.” What happened? There is a red “fix” icon saying that I need to respond to the ICANN email to verify my domain address. I keep resending the email and nothing comes up in any of my email addresses, (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff). It says my website is “suspended” until I verify. Very frustrating.

Hi there!
It looks like your domain was suspended because the email needed to be verified. However, I see the email was verified earlier today, and the domain is verified as of now. It’s also active and loads your WordPress.com site on my end. See this screenshot:

If you still see an error message when visiting heddysimmons.com, it’s most likely a DNS propagation issue. DNS changes occur when a domain is suspended and then verified. It can take up to 72 hours for them to work everywhere.
Please try clearing your browser cache and accessing your website using a different internet connection and browser, if possible. Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clear-your-browser-cache
Thanks!
