  Hi ipsfwc2019,

  We issued a refund on 8th October 2018 and you can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.
