    I want to renew my URL, but the link in the email I received doesn’t allow me to do anything. On the renewal page: https://wordpress.com/plans/gmvmm.com, I get the error message ‘This plan was purchased by a different WordPress.com account. To manage this plan, log in to that account or contact the account owner.’ Userid is Ronald5100. The individual who set up the account is deceased. How do I manage my website?

    Hi there!

    If you’ve been paying for the renewals and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there to get things transferred to your account. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as “WordPress” followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    “WordPress XXXXXXXXXX”
