My business plan needs to purchases are disabled every time I try to submit payment. I contacted billing,customer support. No one is getting back to me and my chat function, part of the business plan.I need to get this solve.

💡 Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this, and this cannot be resolved via Forums.
🚩You can contact them for assistance using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
However, I see that my colleagues emailed you three weeks ago — Though I don’t have access to such tickets, you should’ve received details on why you can’t complete purchases on WordPress.com in that email.
