Hey there! Our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.
Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Just bear in mind there may be a delay because of the holiday. Thank you!
