I got this message while trying to purchase a premium plan. Transaction Declined: Error AXLZNE. There’s a new message now ”Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases. ”

You’ll want to reach out directly from that notice in your dashboard you quoted. That will allow you to contact our Billing Team and they’ll review your account and get back to you.
This is not something we can help here, on the forums, I’m afraid.
