  I just want to buy a plan, then when I buy it with my credit card, it shows AXLZNE. I checked the forums and felt it was a problem with the card, so I changed the card, and then I was prompted that I can’t buy, Purchases are currently disabled .
  How can I proceed please? All I want to do is buy a business plan.
