  Hi,

  I’m trying to upgrade my site and pay for domain also but this message is shown ‘Purchases are currently disabled’

  Can you help me to solve the issue?

  Hey, 

  You can use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” 
  The relevant team will contact you. 

  In addition, you can send an email directly to [email protected] if you prefer that.

  Further to amiteshg93’s reply, it looks like it should be OK now – feel free to re-try the purchase.
