Purchases are currently disabled

    Hi, I want to upgrade from premium to business plan. Unfortunately, I have notification that my purchase are currently disabled and I don’t understand why.

    I have contacted the link to report the case, but it seems very slow response and I don’t have any email notification about my report submission. Please help!
