  WordPress will be the only website or company have come across that will literally tell a client they don’t wantt you to make payment. I want to upgrade my WordPress account and I get the message purchases are currently disabled. I used an earlier personal card which was declined due to insufficient fund and I iediately tried my other card which has fund and I got that message.
