    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while attempting to upgrade my WordPress plan to Personal. When I tried to make the payment using my Visa card, I received an error message stating ‘can not purchase’ and was advised to contact the support team for assistance.

    I kindly request you to review my account and investigate the matter further. I have verified my payment details and ensured that there are sufficient funds available in my account to cover the upgrade cost. However, despite my efforts, I am still unable to proceed with the payment using my Visa card.

    I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide me with a solution or any guidance necessary to successfully upgrade my WordPress plan to Personal.
