purchases are currently disabled

I live in Ireland, tried to purchase the personal plan, but the charge is in dollars so I tried to use a US credit card, but got an error message saying ‘purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases’. Did so via the link that followed but have heard nothing. Purchase is completely blocked, can’t enter a card in euros, can’t switch to a US VPN, tried the help center and all I got was a link to a dead contact page. Any ideas how to get around this?

Sorry to hear it! Our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.
Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. And they can fix the currency at the same time. Thank you!
