Purchases are currently disabled

    I got this error message when i tried to renew my current subscriptions. ‘Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.’ I contacted the billing support team but they didn’t help me or even tell me the real reason of blocking purchases on my blog, there is no transparency, bad and slowly customer service.
    I regert to trust in wordpress.com , now i have to transfer all my articles to a new hosting that doesn’t have a political agenda and supporting freedoms around all the world.
