Purchases are currently disabled / Erro AXTSRT

  I’ve been searching since this morning almost half of my day has been consumed hoping to find the right solution to my issue. Yesterday, I made up my mind and finally purchased a domain for my blog. The initial domain is jenberroya.org. It was my mistake not doing a final review before I click on the purchase button. It was a success, however, I decided I want to change it to .com instead so I contacted the chat support. The chat support rep told me he already changed the jenberroya.org to jenberroya.com and added credits to my account. Then I need to go and register the jenberroya.com using the credits and that is what I’m doing but I keep on receiving ‘Purchases are currently disabled’ and ‘ error AXTSRT’.
