    Just registered WordPress to use WooCommerce and start sales online however when I try to upgrade from a free trial to a paid plan so I can actually run my store I get this error: “Purchases are currently disabled. please contact us to re-enable purchases.” I emailed support and tried live chat but they’re taking forever to respond and there is no helpful information, seeing other people had this issue and their issue was never been solved they had to make new accounts. We didn’t do any sales yet we did not even launch the website to break any rules or something.

    Incredible support saying they disable it and sharing now info.

    We just registered to WordPress and did not do any sales we were just exploring the free plan and were going to purchase the paid one however the customer support is beyond terrible by not allowing us to pay them and giving no reason. This is a clear misunderstanding that can be solved but they refuse to help. I will make sure to publish this issue in Twitter and other forums.
