Hello,
Thank you very much for your last quick response. I followed the instructions you provided and contacted your Billing Support team on October 18th. I also sent an email to billingsupport@wordpress.com detailing my issue and the response I expect. It has been five days now, and I have not received any reply, except for the promotional emails you keep sending. I don’t quite understand why the response time of such an excellent American technology company is akin to that of an Indian government office. I just want to know why this issue occurred and how to reinstate purchases.
