    Hello dear WordPress team. I have problem when I try to renew contract with wordpress it is saying Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases. I was contact them but not get response. Maybe because I was using some other credit card last year to upgrade to premium plan it was expiried now, and now I using some debit card fom MasterCard and they want to accept it. Can someone contact someone from stuff that I know what is going now.

    For this issue, usually the billing team will respond within 1-2 business days, and it looks like they’ve responded now. Cheers :)
