    Why there is no billing team to contact me how to resolve this issue.
    Public forum staff said do not help with this issue. Need to click on Contact Us link. However contact us link is always link to ask ‘ expect’ / ‘ Ask in forum instead of direct to billing team. May i know how to contact billing team ? Stuck in this issue for 2 days ~

    Hello there, If purchases have been disabled on your site, there is a special link in your dashboard to contact the WordPress.com Billing team. It sounds like you are using the regular “contact us” link which will route your question to the forums.

    As Staff already indicated in your other thread, we aren’t able to assist with disabled purchases in these public forums.

    Staff, it would assist us volunteers if there was a generic screenshot of the dashboard message available. Thanks.

    i still could found the special link that you have mentioned. Whenever i click on contact us , it direct to ask Expect/forum.
    Can anyone provide example / screenshort to guide me ?

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” You can also send an email directly to billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) com if you prefer that.
