    we need to upgrade our plan.. why does it says ‘Purchases are currently disabled’, please help us, we need to start our project immediately with plugins.

    Hi there, this is not a problem that can be solved in the forums.
    You should be able to contact the Billing Support team directly to help you.

    There should be a link in your dashboard stating “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” as described by metabreakr on this thread.
