Hi, I’ve been trying to upgrade my plan but the transactions were repeatedly declined.
This error message is displayed: “Currently purchases are disabled. Contact us to re-enable them.” This has been happening since two days with two different cards.How can I contact WP to get rid of this and make the upgrade?
