How long it takes will depend on how many other people are in the billing support queue ahead of you. The team will reply via email as soon as they get to your request in the queue.
Please be patient and stop opening new support requests about this – submitting multiple requests will not get you helped any faster.
We don’t help with blocked purchases in the forums, so I’m closing this thread to further replies.
