Purchases are currently disabled — when upgrading

    I have a new account, and I am trying to purchase the Creator Plan so that I can install the WooCommerce plugin but I am getting “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    I would really appreciate timely assistance on this issue.
