    Good evening I would like to upgrade my plan and purchase it but I keep getting error message ‘Please contact us to re-enable purchases.

    Can you please enable this as soon as possible.

    Please click the Contact Us link in the notice appearing in your dashboard to contact our billing support team directly for help with this. They will then follow up with you via email.

    We do not help with blocked purchases in the public forums, so I’m closing this thread to further replies.
