    Hi there, I’m trying to buy a social package for JetPack but it’s showing an error message. Would appreciate a help here.

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this; we’re unable to do so via the WordPress.com forums. You can usually reach out to the Billing Support folks for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    You can also send an email directly to billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) com if you prefer that!
