  I have been trying to upgrade my WordPress account for more than a week and I’ve been keep getting the error ‘Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases’. I have tried to contact the support and sent an error report 3 times but unfortunately no one has gotten back to me. I would really appreciate it if you could help me to resolve this issue. My site address is kurdizararok.wordpress.com. I really do not want to create another WordPress account as I have all my blog posts here and redoing it is a hassle.

  There is a typo in the webpage address it should have been https://www.kurdizarok.wordpress.com

  Sounds good. Also, for the record; for some reason my currency is set to Turkish Liras instead of US dollars and I do not know why. I have created the blog in the US, California to be more specific. I believe this may have caused the error to keep occurring. If someone can assist me on how I can change my currency to US dollars that would be great and might even solve the problem naturally. Thanks!

  Currency can only be updated with the help of the staff.

  You don’t need to worry about currency change. Staff will do this from their end.
