Purchases currently disabled

    Hello,

    Due to the error of my not so well versed in English friend, I am unable to purchase a custom domain name. It would be my request to revoke the disabled purchases restrictions. Can you please guide me to get this done quickly as a lot of business hinges on this.

    Sorry to hear it! Our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.

    Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!
