I’m trying to upgrade jetpack security for my website. I got this message that purchases were disabled. I think I sent a message for review, but I’m not sure if it went through. Would appreciate some assistance. Thank you.

Hi @opalsparadise, sorry to hear it! Our forums staff isn’t able to investigate this kind of issue, but please use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
If you use that form, your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!
