  I sent MAIL to ask how to buy and why I was banned from buying, the following is the reply I got

  “Thanks for reaching out. We reserve the right to limit purchases on WordPress.com sites, however, your site is online and you may use it for free for as long as you’d like without upgrades.”

  I just want to pay to upgrade my webpage and buy a domain, please help me, thank you
