Purchases currently disabled, Please contact us to re-enable purchases

Has anyone run into this issue? I had used 2 different cards that didn’t go through so I used my personal debit card that I knew for sure should go though. When I went to purchase, it said payments had been disabled and to contact to re-enable. Of course, there is no way to speak to a live person so I have to submit a ticket and after waiting 30 minutes while researching what else I could do,
