Purchases disabled

    I am trying to create an eCommerce site with a custom domain and got an error “purchases have been disabled”. I have valid CC and PayPal info please help! I only have so much time to work on this before I go on to other business related tasks.

    Hi there,

    Click on the Contact Us link in the notice appearing in your dashboard to submit a support ticket directly to our billing support team, and then please be patient while waiting for them to reply via email. That will most likely only happen after the weekend.

    We do not help with blocked purchases in the forums, so I’m closing this thread to further replies.
