    I emailed twice , received an automated mail ! with no solution .What is this ?

    Its not a solution !I’m trying to buy a plan and upgrade ! My site isnt online either . Pls tell me something to solve this! as soon as possible ! I am waiting and searching for their support for many days! but nothing !
