Purchases disabled

  I had purchased a wordpress pro subscription, and set up the donations for the webpage — but it says that “sales are disabled” and sales on this site are currently off. How do I fix this?

  It looks like you reached out to support via live chat a couple hours ago and got this straightened out.

  In the future, since you have a Pro plan, you have access to priority email and live chat support. You can access this priority support from your account page, where you can get help more quickly than by posting in the free public support forums.
