Purchases Disabled

    Why is “puchases disabled” kept appearing when I try to upgrade to a domain or when I try to upgrade my plan subscription? what should I do about this. Thanks!

    The Billing Support team handles inquiries about this.
    Kindly use the Contact Us link in the notice appearing in your dashboard to contact them directly. They would review your case and reach out to you via email.

    You can also send an email directly to [redacted by staff] if you prefer that.

    We do not help with blocked purchases in the public forums

    Your account doesn’t show that purchases are disabled at the moment. Can you please try upgrading again, and if it fails, let me know at exactly what point you get the error, and also the exact/full text of the error message?

    Please tag threads regarding blocked purchases/payment errors for staff. This is not something you, as a volunteer, are able to help with, as providing the correct support here requires access to our internal tools. Simply re-using a past staff reply isn’t a guarantee that you’re giving the correct answer for the specific situation :)
